Why we built it

The most useful knowledge in a plant never reaches a system

Plants already run manufacturing systems, sensors and dashboards. Yet much of what happens on a shift — a near-miss, a workaround, a jam that keeps coming back — never gets recorded. It lives in conversations and on whiteboards, and it's gone by the next shift.

We built Shopfloor AI to capture that knowledge where it happens, in the operator's own words, and turn it into something every team can learn from — shift after shift, line after line, plant after plant.
